Glass of sparkling Lorenza chenin blanc for Mum

Entree

King prawn and mango salad
served with caramelized walnuts and mixed dressed leaves

Pan-fried goats cheese
crumbed & served with caramelized onion relish and mixed dressed leaves

 

Main

Prime fillet steak
cooked to your liking and served with creamy house-made Béarnaise sauce

Salmon and leek parcel
steamed in a bag with mascarpone, dill and capers

Chicken involtini
Free-range chicken breast filled with prosciutto, mozzarella and crisp buttered sage, served on canellini bean mash

All main meals served with seasonal vegetable selection & crispy oven-roasted rosemary potatoes
