Jason was inspired to create Lorenza after a formative trip to France in the late 90s. It is named in honour of his first-born daughter Lauren Rose.
An elegant sparkling wine made in the ‘traditional method”; it was also the first sparkling chenin blanc to be made in WA.
Fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity then kept on lees for added complexity and creamy mouth feel. The palate displays both softness and a crisp, fresh finish. Serve chilled as a light aperitivo or pop a bottle to celebrate amongst friends.

Lorenza sparkling chenin blanc NV
Jason was inspired to create Lorenza after a formative trip to France in the late 90s. It is named in honour of his first-born daughter Lauren Rose and is an elegant sparkling wine made using the traditional method.
Lorenza was the first sparkling chenin blanc to be made in Western Australia and we still use the same fruit grown on our Tuart Block vineyard in Carabooda.
Fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity then kept on lees for added complexity and creamy mouth feel. The palate displays both softness and a crisp, fresh finish. Serve chilled as a light aperitif or any excuse to celebrate among good friends.
