The Paul Conti Wines Pink Liqueur is predominately made from the Muscat Petit Grains variety grown at our Miamup Road vineyard in Cowaramup (Margaret River).
We hand pick the fruit, crush and soak overnight to extract the wine’s unique vibrant pink hue and muscat-y characters.
Fruit is gently pressed the following day and spends only a very short time fermenting before being fortified with neutral spirit which retains the natural sugars in the juice, while also revealing excellent muscat flavours.
We bottle this wine young (12 months after harvest) – with no time spent in oak – to retain its vibrant fushia colour & fresh muscat fruit.
This is an unmistakably sweet and luscious wine which finishes with balanced drying spirit on the palate.
The bouquet exhibits fresh muscat-y characters with nuances of candied sweets and rose-petals.
Ideally served with dessert, drink young and enjoy with a decent slab of chocolate mud cake!
