Jason was inspired to create Lorenza after a formative trip to France in the late 90s. It is named in honour of his first-born daughter Lauren Rose.
An elegant sparkling wine made in the ‘traditional method”; it was also the first sparkling chenin blanc to be made in WA.
Fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity then kept on lees for added complexity and creamy mouth feel. The palate displays both softness and a crisp, fresh finish. Serve chilled as a light aperitivo or pop a bottle to celebrate amongst friends.

“Pretty and floral – all the lovely chenin-y things are there; lanolin, citrus fruits, summer apricots and waxy texture. The phenolics are fine and serve to cradle the fruit, contributing to the already plump mouthfeel. Fabulous aperitif-style chenin.” Rating: 95 points
