Medici Ridge Shiraz is a soft, stylish, medium-bodied shiraz made with premium fruit from our two estate vineyards in Carabooda and Margaret River (Cowaramup).

Gentle hand-harvesting and fermentation in traditional open fermenters before maturation in seasoned French oak has resulted in a wine with excellent varietal flavours and complexity.

The bouquet exhibits lovely mulberry and plum fruit flavours underpinned by subtle oak and a long lingering, soft palate.
