Sicilian cuisine hails from its northern African roots – which is why exotic ingredients like figs and dates, saffron, preserved lemon and sweet spices, not to mention freshly-caught seafood, take-on a staring role.
Our Sicilian meatballs – made with local Italian sausage, pine nuts and currants, and finished with a fresh tomato sugo – celebrate our heritage.
Servings are generous – and paired with locally-made spaghetti – they will have you lining up for more!
