Late Harvest Muscat 2018 ‘FRONTI’

Conti’s Fronti as it has been affectionately known for many years is one of our icon wines.

The Fronti is a particularly challenging wine to make as there has to be a balance between desired sweetness and crisp acidity. A selected yeast is used, then following fermentation, the wine is quickly racked, fined and filtered to retain freshness, fruit intensity and natural effervescence.

Made from a blend of muscat varieties, including Muscat a Petit Grains from our Margaret River vineyard, the wine exhibits an attractive salmon-pink hue with distinctive lifted floral, rose-petal and Turkish Delight characters.

Poured chilled, this wine is ideally served as a refreshing aperitif with prosciutto ham and melon, brunch foods, or as an accompaniment to summer fruits, light desserts or hot/spicy Asian dishes such as Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli sauce.

This wine should be enjoyed whilst it’s young and fresh –  for immediate consumption.
