Provincial-style long-table lunch with C Si Bon | Sat 28 July

Join us for a  provincial-style long-table feast (and the perfect excuse to celebrate Christmas in July!), under the alfresco, in collaboration with our good friend Natasha Winburn-Clarke, founder of local, gourmet frozen-food label, C Si Bon.

C Si Bon is the quintessential restaurant-quality, frozen-food alternative which French/Mauritian decedent, Natasha, established from her then Mosman Park kitchen four years ago. It has since blossomed into a fully-fledged business with a shop-front in Cottesloe, and distribution around Perth’s leading independent grocers.

And, don’t be fooled by the “frozen food” moniker – we recommend experiencing this cuisine to appreciate how truly good (and authentic) it really is.

The lavish banquet, catered by C Si Bon, will include:

Main event
S Ci Bon (unbelievably tasty) French-imported baguette with salted butter
Best-selling C Si Bon slow-cooked beef cheeks (pictured above)
New-release C Si Bon duck cassoulet
C Si Bon potato gratin
C Si Bon French green beans
C Si Bon Mediterranean vegetables

Dessert
Melt-in-the-mouth chocolate mousse made with best-quality, dark couverture chocolate.

Tea/coffee (by Leftfield Coffee Roasters) e un petit treat

And – of course, the afternoon would not be complete without Paul Conti Wines on the table.

Cost: $110 per head (includes canapes, lunch, dessert, tea/coffee and free-flowing event wines during luncheon hours). As always, the cellar door will be open until 5pm with 20% off all premium case (12 bottle) purchases and free delivery within the metro area of orders taken on the day.
