The 2010 Medici Ridge Shiraz is a soft, stylish and medium bodied shiraz produced from premium hand-picked West Australian fruit.
Fermented in traditional open fermenters before eight months maturation in seasoned French oak has resulted in a wine exhibiting excellent varietal flavours and complexity.
The bouquet exhibits lovely mulberry and plum fruit flavours underpinned by subtle oak and a long lingering, soft palate.
Enjoy now with game or your favourite slow cooked casserole, or cellar with confidence for further complexity.
